I BUMP INTO SOMEONE👀🫣
Weird, funny dreams usually happen because the brain is mixing memories, emotions, random thoughts, and recent experiences during sleep, especially during REM sleep. The parts of the brain involved in emotion and imagery are very active, while the areas responsible for strict logic and reality-checking are less dominant. That is why your dream can calmly decide that your old teacher is now a dolphin, your house is inside a supermarket, and you somehow have a meeting in 1847. Stress, sleep deprivation, alcohol, medications, fever, irregular sleep schedules, and even something you watched before bed can make dreams more vivid or bizarre. Your sleeping brain is basically an exhausted film director with access to your entire memory archive and absolutely no obligation to make the plot coherent. Like this content? Before he landed a role in the MCU, #RuaridhMollica was well on the way to becoming a tech guy. "I studied computer science and then got in to do a Masters in cyber security," the 26-year-old Scotsman tells Esquire Style Director @zakmaoui, ahead of the London premiere of the WandaVision spin-off "VisionQuest", in which he plays Thomas Shepherd (AKA Speed). For the premiere, Mollica wore custom @Prada inspired by his #Marvel character. "I sent them a picture of Speed from the comics with his signature green superhero suit and glasses, and their designers worked away." Read the interview at the link in bio, where the rising actor talks about Marvel, finding his feet with fashion and overcoming a fear of failure. Photography by @pipbourdillon
