Comment EMILY to help my badass friend @emilygregoryforflorida keep her seat in the Florida state house! https://secure.actblue.com/donate/emilygregory-sara Remember when we raised nearly $53K with over 1,700 donations for Emily’s special election back in March? Well, she won by just 801 votes and flipped FL HD-87 BLUE in 🍊’s own backyard (!!!) Y’all. You literally helped make that happen! and now she has to run again in November to keep her seat. Listen, I know we’re all exhausted by the absolute shitshow that is American politics right now and the politicians who seem to forget they’re supposed to work *for the people* who elected them.

Emily is a mom of three, military spouse, public health expert, and someone who has spent her career serving vulnerable communities. She is exactly the type of person we need in this seat. A public servant. And what happens in Florida doesn’t always stay in Florida. The policies passed here have a way of spreading to other states, too, so having a woman like Emily in the Florida State House matters far beyond our state. And if there’s one thing we proved back in March, it’s that when women across the country come together, we make shit happen. 💅 So here’s what we’re trying this time: $20,000 in one week from women across the country to help Emily win this election. Comment EMILY and I’ll send you the donation link! $5, $10, $25 - whatever you can. And if donating isn’t possible, PLEASE share this with your people. It really does help 🫶 Let’s goooo, @emilygregoryforflorida!!!!
Floyd Mayweather Joins Trump for Arizona Trip: But What Is the Boxing Legend’s Role? Blogged by: Poli Girl Floyd Mayweather Jr. is back in the political spotlight after joining Donald Trump on a trip to Arizona on Wednesday, October 14, as Republicans ramp up their campaigning ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. According to a White House travel pool report filed by Agence France-Presse correspondent Aurelia End, the undefeated boxing champion was among the passengers listed aboard Air Force One as Trump departed Las Vegas for Bullhead City, Arizona. Journalists Phil Lewis and Mini Racker also confirmed the news on X. The motorcade left Trump International Hotel at approximately 12:04 p.m. Pacific time before heading to Harry Reid International Airport. Mayweather’s name appeared on a passenger list distributed by the White House, alongside several administration officials and Republican lawmakers. The reason for Trump’s Arizona visit is political. According to the Associated Press, Trump is holding a rally in Bullhead City to support Republican Rep. Andy Biggs, who is challenging Democratic Governor Katie Hobbs in Arizona’s gubernatorial race. However, the White House has not publicly explained why Mayweather was invited or whether he will speak at the rally. His inclusion on the presidential aircraft’s passenger list confirms his participation in the trip, but it does not establish an official campaign role. Mayweather’s appearance comes as Trump works to increase Republican voter turnout before the November 3 elections. The Associated Press reports that Arizona is one of the more competitive states on his current campaign tour, although Bullhead City sits in a strongly Republican region. Biggs, a former leader of the House Freedom Caucus, has been a longtime Trump ally. The Arizona stop is only part of Wednesday’s itinerary. According to Trump’s published schedule, another rally is planned in Kalispell, Montana, where Trump is campaigning for Republican congressional candidate Aaron Flint, who is facing Democrat Sam Forstag for an open House seat.
