A follower reached out to share their experience at the 9:45 PM Day 1 screening of Ranabali at Cinemark Totem Lake in Seattle. They said repeated comments and remarks during the movie made it difficult for them and their friends to enjoy the show. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion about a film or an actor. At the same time, a theatre is a shared space, and ongoing commentary can disturb the people around us. If you have something to say about the movie, please save it for after the screening. Let’s be considerate of fellow moviegoers and help everyone enjoy the experience they came for.

Being a strong man doesn’t mean doing everything on your own. Spent the day in Sarasota with Brian Pruett and the guys at his Live Elevated retreat, and I’m really grateful I got to be part of it. We trained, laughed, and had some conversations that went a lot deeper than the usual “how’s everything going?” I got to speak in front of the group, but just as importantly, I got to listen and learn from the men around me. We talked about what we’re struggling with, what’s going well, and where we want to grow. Everybody brings different strengths and weaknesses. There’s a lot we can learn from each other when we’re willing to put our guard down. As guys, it’s easy to stay busy, keep things to ourselves, and act like we have it all handled. Making time for yourself and getting around good men isn’t selfish. We need friendships where we can be honest, celebrate each other’s wins, and help each other through the hard stuff. That’s what I appreciate about what Brian is building with @liveelevatedlife. It goes beyond fitness. It’s about growing physically, mentally, and spiritually, with a community that supports you and challenges you to be better. Thank you @brian_pruett for bringing us together, and every guy who showed up ready to share and listen. Let’s spend more time lifting each other up. You never know how much someone needs it. 📸📸📸: @joshbodkin
