The sourdough is alive again, reborn from 1965 according to the kind gentleman in America who swapped me some sourdough.
Having a go at tartine bread again, this book number 3 has a lot of hearty, healthy breads with different grains, soaked and sprouted.
This one is sunflower and flaxseed. Couldn't wait to spread some butter and sprinkle sea salt on it ๐คค
