[REUPLOAD] sorry to those who caught the 1st version, he was so tall he was getting cropped everywhere LMAO 🐶 To quote the wise words of our dearests Arlettine (@rrrlette) and Lilyeth (@basketheadgirl): A: “for every reel, there’s a creative director lurking in the shadows” L: “And it’s May” So really, y’all can thank our girl @mayanahi08 for this one too 🐶 And a note!: It bears mentioning that this Draco is inspired by RealVenus_FauxFurs Draco (as in, this is what he looks like in my head—as in, it didn’t start out that way but halfway thru I blinked and it was him—and frankly May only encouraged my delulu—even tho that’s not exactly his Hermione(*cough*orVenus)). Which is to say damn you @sultrynuns, he’s devastating and won’t leave me alone, and we’re sorry for abusing(?) him but not really😂

New research shows that the microbes in your gut influence how much muscle you lose as you age. From our 30s onwards, most of us start losing muscle mass. We know exercise and nutrition matter. But scientists are uncovering a connection between our gut microbes and our muscles. Professor Claire Steves is Professor of Ageing and Health at King’s College London, whose research is at the forefront of understanding how the gut microbiome influences muscle health and ageing. @tim.spector is Professor of Epidemiology at Kings College London, one of the world’s top 100 most-cited scientists, and scientific co-founder at ZOE. In this episode, they reveal: - Why losing muscle can put your health at risk - How scientists discovered that your gut microbes communicate with your muscles - Whether improving your gut health could help protect against muscle loss - Why eating more protein might not be the straightforward solution to maintaining muscle - How exercise can change your gut microbiome - And what this emerging science could mean for how we eat and train to stay strong throughout our lives Click the link in our bio to listen now or search ZOE Science & Nutrition wherever you listen to podcasts.🎙️
I MADE THE TOP 30 FOR TORRID’S CASTING CALL ⭐️ #torridcastingcall2026 & I NEED YOUR HELP ‼️ You can vote once a day, EVERYDAY until Tuesday, October 20th for me to be the next face of @torrid 😮 The link to vote is attached to the post & in my bio! 🫂 If you told me a year ago I’d be here today, I never would’ve believed you. Losing my mom dimmed a light in me, and for a long time, I didn’t recognize who I was. This past year has been all about healing and finding my spark again. With the love of my incredible wife and friends, I’m finally learning that it’s okay to take up space. If you have a moment to vote this week, it would mean the world to me. Thank you all for being part of this journey. 🤍
