Look at the before and after. Same lips, you guys. No filler, nothing injected. The only thing I changed was how I hold the rest of my body. I know how that sounds. But here’s the deal, your face isn’t some separate thing sitting on top of you. It’s the very top of your whole connected web. So when everything underneath is gripped and tight, your ribs pressed down, your neck pulled taut, your jaw clenched, that tension doesn’t just stop politely at your chin. It pulls your lips thin and tight too. The more I learned to open, spreading my ribs, letting my neck get long, letting my whole front soften instead of hold, my lips just started to unfurl. They finally had room to. We’re so quick to treat the face like its own little project. A tweak for the lips, a tweak for the jaw, maybe it’s a tongue tie revision. But a tight face is almost always sitting on a tight body. Soften the body and watch the face come with it. Want to learn to open yourself like this? Comment REVIVAL and I’ll send you the link to come work on it with me. With love, Dr. Lily #posture #fascia #facialtension #jawtension #naturalbeauty
Paris Jackson is taking another legal stand against the people managing her late father Michael Jackson’s multimillion-dollar estate, accusing longtime executor John Branca of mishandling financial reporting responsibilities. According to court documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the 28-year-old wants Branca’s compensation reduced from 15% to 10% of the estate’s gross entertainment-related earnings. The proposed reduction would apply to 2023, 2024, and subsequent years until a “complete and accurate” financial accounting for 2026 is submitted. Paris accused Branca of “persistent incompetence” regarding delayed financial reports, describing his alleged failure to fulfill essential executor responsibilities as “intolerable.” She is also seeking attorneys’ fees and related legal costs. However, Michael Jackson’s estate strongly disputes her accusations. A representative called the “motion is completely without merit.” “Plaintiff’s attorneys have motioned for a reduction in executor compensation, when in fact the executors waived that from the estate’s beginning, and have never taken any executor compensation,” the representative told TMZ. “They are paid a separate, court-ordered management fee for operating the hugely successful Michael Jackson business.” The representative also dismissed the requested penalties as “nonsensical,” arguing that financial reports for 2023 and 2024 have already been submitted, while later reports are not yet due. Branca has overseen the estate since Jackson’s 2009 de@th. The latest dispute follows Paris’s previous legal challenges concerning estate expenditures and disagreements surrounding her father’s upcoming biopic, “Michael.”

I have a very serious problem. I can’t keep a straight face when I’m supposed to. And the more you tell me to behave, the worse it gets. 🙃
