Repost from @nyculture using repost_now_app - Calling all artists! Submit your work to the #PercentforArtNYC Artist Directory to be considered for permanent public art projects across New York City. The Department of Cultural Affairs’ Percent for Art program commissions site-specific art installations in a variety of media: painting, lighting, mosaic, glass, textiles, sculpture, new technology, and works that are integrated into infrastructure and architecture.

Welcoming a broad range of artists that reflect the diversity of NYC, Percent for Art encourages interested artists to submit their work to the Artist Directory on a rolling basis and with specific deadlines for upcoming projects.

Upcoming projects:
Mary Cali Dalton Recreation Center in #StatenIsland – Submit by July 6, 2022
Shirley Chisolm Recreation Center in #Brooklyn – Submit by September 1, 2022

Visit nyc.gov/percent and click on the “Artist Directory” tab to learn more and submit to the directory.
