What were you doing on your 21st birthday?
Happy #wetchickenwednesday fellow Chub Cult-ers! Chub Cultists? classic. Simple. Slightly concerning. Chub Cult-ologists? scholars of the sacred Chub. Chub Cult-ivators? spreading the gospel of Chub. Chub Cult-izens? proud citizens of Chubtopia. Chub Cult-ees? if you were recruited against your will. Chub Cult-arians? sounds like an actual religious denomination. Chub Cult-initiates? the newcomers who haven’t learned the rules. (Be nice and if you can … especially if you’re not sure if you should … be funny.) Chub Cult-ivangelists? actively recruiting new believers. #hibabe #THEchubs #amazonparrot #lifeaslynnlie

Madurai-based creator Veeramani’s request for Diwali sweets took an unexpected turn after he shared his address online, hoping to receive sweets from his followers. Instead, strangers reportedly flooded him with unwanted cash-on-delivery orders for expensive electronics and appliances, with one order involving a tanker reportedly worth ₹70 crore. The incident turned his small request into chaos as deliveries began arriving without his consent. After the story gained attention, Instamart stepped in with a Diwali surprise for Veeramani. The platform sent him gifts without any cash on delivery ayment, including a mobile phone, PC, projector, induction cooker and ofcourse, the sweets he had originally asked for. The gesture came through Instamart’s Quick India Movement Sale, turning a very unreal online episode into a marketing campaign. The incident also highlights how sharing personal details publicly can expose people to misuse, while Instamart’s response gave Veeramani a more cheerful ending to an otherwise unexpected Diwali experience.
Up at 6am and swiftly out the door today. We are at our 1 month post treatment checkup already! Routine labs and an echo following cancer treatment. Ozzy will get bloodwork done once a month for a year, then every 3 months for a year, then every 6 and so on. I’m grateful they want to keep tabs on things and that we can still ask her oncology team questions even though she’s done with chemo now. She had an echo too even though she’s never had heart concerns thankfully, but it only lasted about 10 minutes even though it was scheduled for an hour because once her shirt was off for the little ultrasound machine, she got super distressed thinking we were going to do a port access - BEYOND grateful those days are behind us even if they are fresh in all our minds yet. Appointments were unfortunately spaced 2 hours apart and the second one took a bit longer than planned, but we were able to go outside for a bit and had an iPad and lots of snacks! - toys and coloring are losing their charm after a million hospital hours doing them the past couple years 😅. Labs and echo all look good! Now to kick these ear infections (for BOTH girls), and manage Ozzy’s congestion so that everyone can be healthy by Saturday for our mini vacation to Colorado!🤞🤞🤞 Health concerns we will now tackle post treatment - Sleep apnea cpap, eye exam and surgery, pulmonology breathing/inhalers/aspirating. We keep it exciting!
