INTERMITTENT FASTING • NATURAL TESTOSTERONE • LONGEVITY • DISCIPLINE • MEN’S HEALTH • MIND BODY ENERGY • WOMENS HEALTH • FASTING • AUTOPHAGY

Maybe this is why I don’t need all the TRT, peptides, and injections that seem to be getting normalized.

I’ve been practicing intermittent fasting/time restricted feeding for years. Not because someone told me to. Because I’ve experimented, paid attention, and learned what works for MY body.

I don’t pretend to know everything about the science.

I’m a student of SELF-DISCOVERY.

I practice. I observe. I measure. I adjust.

And I let my results speak for themselves.

My philosophy is simple:

🧠 MASTER YOUR MIND.
💪 MOVE YOUR BODY.
⚡ OPTIMIZE YOUR ENERGY.

Fast with intention.
Move every day.
Train with intensity.
Prioritize sleep.
Eat real food.
Manage stress.
Practice discipline.

STOP LOOKING FOR SHORTCUTS TO SOMETHING YOU HAVEN’T EVEN TRIED TO EARN THROUGH YOUR HABITS.

I’m not against medicine. If you genuinely need medical treatment, use it.

But I am against normalizing unnecessary medical intervention before addressing the fundamentals of health.

And no, I’m not interested in replacing discipline with a needle just because it’s become popular.

You do YOU. I’ll do ME.

I’m not here to tell anyone how to live.

I’m here to show what’s possible when you take complete ownership of your MIND • BODY • ENERGY.

DISCIPLINE CREATES FREEDOM.

I don’t need everyone to agree with me. I just need to keep practicing what I preach.

And if you want to become the most CAPABLE version of yourself, COMMENT JOIN and become part of the movement.

Let’s take back ownership of our health and live life on OUR terms.

Mission: help 10,000,000 people take control of their health and live life on their own terms.

Who to root for after watching Ted Lasso.

ONE LAST CIGARETTE is here at last! I’m so incredibly proud of this song, and grateful for the friends who helped me create the world that it represents. It’s a song about loneliness and loss, but there’s a beautiful irony in how it’s helped me create and deepen relationships in the process of bringing this song to life. Now it’s yours so GO STREAM THE HELL OUT OF IT ❤️‍🔥

I’m genuinely starting to lose interest in watches made by the big conglomerates.

This year I’ve really changed the way I look at the watch industry. I find myself getting more and more interested in independent watchmakers. People who put their heart, soul and sometimes everything they own into creating something special.

I’d much rather spend my money supporting someone who has dedicated their entire life to watchmaking than buying another version of the same watch with a different dial.

Don’t get me wrong, I still love the big brands, but there’s something incredibly special about supporting the people who are actually trying to push this industry forward rather than just selling us the same story over and over again.

Abhijeet is spending his second night in police custody today in less than a week. For the crime of walking out of his home with a tricolour in his hand.

The lore of Abhijeet is so powerful because despite how fucked up India has been the last few years, he genuinely loves India and believes India can be made a better place. And he’s being punished for being hopeful.

In BJP’s India, you have to be cynical and accept the hand dealt to you. You can’t demand more. And he dared to question that status quo. The flame you have lit with your courage has forced an entire generation to hope again. And by persecuting you, they’re trying to extinguish that hope.

I hope you don’t have to be spend any more nights in jail, my friend. India needs you for the long haul!
