Swipe to slide 5 if you want to see how clumsy I am

I wasn’t going to say anything because I’m just so crazy busy and life happens! Yet as each day passed and I didn’t hear from American Airlines I became angrier! Nobody said, I’m sorry & nobody called. I’m from American Airlines... We feel really bad about the unfortunate situation. We hope you’re doing well with the replacement chair the “loaner”? Nothing - not a peep! Now the global repair people are wonderful. They were able to find me a replacement chair the next day. They knew I was in town for business and I needed to travel an hour and then teach an entire day of dance classes. So shout out to Global Repair! This isn’t the first time something has happened to my power Wheelchair and it certainly won’t be the last. However, most of the airline employees listen to what I’m telling them. I even say, “get your phone out videotape what I’m doing so when you get downstairs out onto the tarmac, you won’t forget” you’ll have it and they do and it usually works out very well! This situation was ridiculous! I flew on an American Airlines flight from Mazatlan Mexico to Dallas/Fort Worth Texas airport. Now I’m going from Dallas to Buffalo NY on the SAME AIRLINE on a delayed flight hour after hour delayed now all the customers are fed up with this situation and then they take another 50 minutes (while everyone is sitting on the plane) contemplating/ arguing/ discussing what type of battery is in my Wheelchair??? Instead of using ChatGPT or Google on YouTube??? Just look up make and Model of the chair. It’s printed right on the side of it… they can tell you what type of battery is inside🤦🏻‍♀️!!! And the executive in the suit comes up and says oh I’m so sorry. Don’t apologize to me apologize to every single person on this plane that had to sit here through this ordeal. And then right when we were taking off my phone dings and they offer me a free beverage or snack on the flight for my inconvenience. 😳 AA DO BETTER!
for hours on end waiting for me! Thank you, Jamestown, Buffalo, Rochester! An amazing weekend! Incredible Dancers! And a few questions I’ve never been asked before! Bravo 👏

Every Employee Should Have These 3 Backups

Want to be prepared for anything at your job? Start building these 3 things before you actually need them.

1. Keep Your Options Open: Take interviews every 6 months and stay connected with HR professionals. It helps you understand your market value and negotiate your salary with confidence.

2. Build a 6-Month Emergency Fund: Keep 6 months of essential expenses saved separately. If you lose your job or need to resign, you won’t have to make decisions under financial pressure.

3. Secure Your Career Documents: Save your appointment letter, salary slips, appraisal emails, certificates, and other important employment records in a personal email or secure storage. Your office laptop and email access may be disabled during a layoff.

These 3 habits can help you stay financially prepared, protect your records, and make better career decisions.

Going to bed in my 20s vs. going to bed in my 50s… completely different experience 😂🌙

These days, I’ve learned that I need to actually give myself time to wind down. Putting my phone away 📱, taking a few minutes to meditate 🧘‍♀️, and ending the night with my @moonbrew Adult Sleep Gummies 🍓 has become my little nighttime routine.

They’re strawberry flavored, made with magnesium and superfoods, and melatonin-free—which really stood out to me. ✨

If you want to try them, shop through my link and use my code JANINE20 for 25% off! 💕
