What happens when a couple earns more than $1M a year but still feels like they’re living month to month? I’m talking with Margo (42) and Kevin (52) who live in Brooklyn with their five children. They take home around $600K a year and have approximately $11M in assets, yet only around $50K in savings.  Once I uncover expenses missing from their original plan, including private school tuition and summer camps, their fixed costs climb above 100% of their take-home pay, revealing that they’re spending more than they make every month. Their biggest challenge isn’t simply earning more money. Kevin has taken on most of the finances while Margo has had limited visibility into their overall financial picture, and neither of them has a clear picture of where their money is actually going.  ▶️ Watch the full episode on YouTube. Farhad’s work remained unfinished and bore no fruit; he gave his life and never reached his beloved, yet he immortalized the great narrative of "Love." • Tisheh is a landscape featuring two portraits born from a long conversation between the artist and the medium: The portrait of Farhad, the artist/lover, and his struggle in confronting the endless absurdity of existence; and the portrait of Shirin, an arduous effort in praise of rebellion and freedom.⁩⁩⁩⁩⁩⁩⁩⁩⁩ Sound art by: - ‪‪‪@matebehbudi‬‬‬⁩ Curator:‪@h_sargordan‬an‬an⁩ Photography:‪@razimiri‬miri Tanks to: -- ‪@houmandayhimi‬‪@ardestanysaeed‬anysaeed⁩
