If you’ve been following my journey then you know I started Zepbound in November 2025 after my lab work came back with a 5.8 for my A1C, which is pre-diabetic. One thing I always talk about is it’s what’s inside of you that matters, and when my insides were sending me an alarm, I had to buckle down. I am down 35 pounds and only went up to the second dose of my Zep in 11 months. I am NOT prediabetic any more, my lab work is improving, and my inflammation is down significantly. Tomorrow I finally begin the 7.5 so I look forward to seeing how much more my health will improve. I’m sharing every step of my journey because transparency is important to me. Kindness is also important. Be kind to yourself and others. You NEVER know the battles people are facing in their own lives. 🫶🏼
It’s been an amazing two weeks with my human. Two countries, 2 shows. Creating memories ❤️

The most beautiful I have ever felt in my life! ♥️ There is a certain kind of satisfaction when your vision, efforts and the final result all come together perfectly. This look gave me exactly that feeling of fulfilment. Give me a chance to dress up all over again, and I’d get ready the exact same way, without changing a single detail! My mother looked at me and said she didn’t want me to change out of this look because she just wanted to keep looking at me! 🥺 Dear brides, the way you choose to dress up for your wedding (or any day, for that matter) is nothing but an expression of how you see yourself, the traits you carry, your likes, desires and emotions. You know yourself best! There will always be people who tell you that your hair should have been done differently, your outfit should have been different, your accessories shouldn’t have been that way, your colour should have been something else, and countless other things. But the truth is, it doesn’t matter. In fact, it should never matter. The only thing that should stand between you and how you choose to dress up is how you feel when you look at yourself in the mirror. And for me, when I looked at myself in the mirror, I felt beautiful. The kind of beautiful that comes from within and sparkles all around you. So, go find your sparkle. Don’t bother searching for it anywhere else. It’s all within you! 😊❤️ 📸 @magicmotionmedia #MyBridalDay #MyWedding ✨
