I think we should all be having more fun with our home decor. Give me the quirky pieces, the unexpected finds, and the things that make people stop and play a game real quick! I want my home to feel as fun as it is to live here. And sometimes that means turning a whodunnit puzzle into wall art 🤭🕵️‍♀️ Comment MYSTERY and I’ll send you a DM to this puzzle, everything I used to frame it, and a few other puzzles with cases to solve, clues to crack, and mysteries to unravel.

Do you keep waiting to feel motivated before you start and then wonder why you never seem to build momentum? 🧠 I’m a psychologist. And we get motivation completely backwards. We think we need to feel motivated first, then we’ll take action. But action is actually what creates the feeling. Not the other way around. One tiny action makes the next one easier. Then the next. Then the next. Open the document. Put your shoes on. Write one sentence. Send one email. So instead of asking “how do I make myself feel motivated?” .. ask .. “what’s the smallest action that could start the momentum?” You don’t need to feel ready. You just need one block to topple. 💛 Comment MINI and I’ll send you the link to my Pocket Psychologist Mini Course where I share pocket sized tips to help you through day to day. 🧠

Billy Crystal gives a blunt response when asked whether he still talks to God after losing his home of 46 years in the Pacific Palisades wildfires and grieving the death of longtime friend Rob Reiner. "Too many bad things have happened," the 78-year-old comedian says, describing the world as a frightening place and admitting his relationship with God has changed. Crystal also reveals he saw Reiner at a holiday party just one night before the filmmaker and his wife were killed.
