#49ers #NickBosa turned 29 today He’s been ruled out of Sunday’s game at Atlanta and will miss his 5th straight because of a Sept. 24 calf strain Two weeks ago, Nick said he hoped his comeback would get him back by now but must wait until after next week’s bye “I just think he was a little too optimistic, especially for Bosa because he’s pretty accurate. He doesn’t say stuff like that unless it’s accurate. I just think it surprised him. He worked out, after he said that to you guys, and the next day he was just a little sore, which surprised all of us. That wasn’t a great sign, especially going to play on turf and stuff this week, so I think it was more he was just a little too optimistic.” — Kyle Shanahan said Friday on #Bosa This is my video from pregame at season opener in #Melbourne Australia. Damn that was a great trip and great way to start a so-far great season, all due respect to Nick as his teammates rally without him
