...Embedded deep within the frozen bedrock sits a colossal torso, covered in scarred crimson and cobalt armor. It looks like a fallen god of iron, entombed in the ice for centuries. Suddenly, a low, mechanical thrum vibrates through the floor of the cavern. High up on the giant’s chest, a brilliant blue optic lens flickers once, twice, and then burns with a steady, warm light. Optimus Prime has awakened. The titan shifts, sending massive blocks of ice crashing to the cavern floor. Lowlight instantly drops to one knee, raising his rifle, his finger tightening on the trigger. He knows he can’t kill a metal monster this size, but he won’t go down without a fight. The giant’s head turns slowly, the gears groaning with ancient dust before settling. The blue optics focus directly on the tiny human. Instead of attacking, the massive being lowers his hand, flattening his metal palm against the stone floor in a universal gesture of peace. “Easy, soldier,” a deep, resonant voice echoes through the cavern, vibrating right through Lowlight’s chest. It is incredibly powerful, yet undeniably gentle. “I am not your enemy. I am Optimus Prime.” Lowlight keeps his rifle leveled for a long, tense moment. He looks from the giant face to the massive, open hand, and then down to his GSD 6 Series watch. The steady ticking of his watch reminds him of his own mortality—and the fact that if this giant wanted him dead, he already would be. He slowly lowers the barrel of his gun. “Name’s Lowlight,” the sniper says, his voice raspy from the ice dust. “G.I. Joe. You picked a hell of a time to wake up. Megatron is topside, and he’s tearing the arctic apart.” “Then we have little time,” Optimus says, his gears grinding as he carefully pushes himself up into a sitting position, mindful of the narrow cavern walls. “My stasis pod crashed here long ago. If Megatron has found this world, my Autobots will be searching for me, just as your allies are undoubtedly searching for you.” #microbrand #gregstevensdesign #watchenthusiast #watchfan #divewatch
Five things to pray every single morning, and watch how your heart changes. 🙏 Peace, direction, protection, strength, and gratitude, each one anchored in Scripture. 📖 Isaiah 26:3 | Psalm 37:23 | Psalm 5:12 | Philippians 4:13 | 1 Chronicles 16:34 Pray them sincerely, not as a formula. Save this for tomorrow morning, share it with someone who needs it, and follow @iamborisscott for more. #MorningPrayer #BibleVerses #FaithOverFear #ChristianMotivation #RecoveredByGrace
