I can see the face struggling to get the finish line riding thru hotday and coldnight; exhausted, sunburn, a bit dark dirty stinky face 😅

A newbie who just started the ride in October 2021, have finished LEL, the Britain's greatest self-supported ultra cycling challenge across United Kingdom between London to Edinburgh back to London

The recap of my journey during ultra cycling event London Edinburgh London
- distance for 1540+ km
- elevation gain 14.500+ m
- 137 hrs total time.
- fantastic volunteer to support rider
- clear path to go with proper direction and sign
- great facility in CP and abundant foods and drinks
- sleep on the street using biffy is not going to work, still freezing😨
- Ride to CP1 120+k with low pressure tyre is a no-no
- Better to have proper sleep in CP😴
- Dont start late, be punctual
- Use proper gear, dont suddently change it. Few days before the event, I was replacing my integrated dropbar 😎
- Any problem you encountered, it's not always going to be the end of the day.. Fight it, dont give up easily. In my case, stem was broken 🤦🏻. FD was having problem, so I shifted manually during the flat or hilly road 😥

The first finisher mentioned that this is the hardest cycling event he has ever done physically and mentally
So no wonder as newbie I feel really hard to complete this event, not to mention major issue on the bike
Many people said that the route is brutal, and more likely to be a KOM challenge instead of Audax route 🤦🏻

Alhamdulillah, Praise to God, He provided me the will & strength to continue and finish it.
On 12th August 2022, 10.26pm, finally I have completely finished the course.
