My favorite question to ask on a dating app weeds out the wrong guys fast: β€œWhat does a healthy relationship look like to you?” The men who give thoughtful, thorough answers tend to be self-aware. No question gives you 100% certainty, but how a man answers tells you a lot. One-liners or β€œintimacy is the most important thing” tell you something too. His answer shows you two things: 1. Whether he wants what you want 2. Whether he has emotional depth Skip the surface-level small talk. Your job in dating is to filter for the man who shares your intentions, so you don’t waste months on the wrong one. Yes, it feels vulnerable to ask. It will also save you so much time. ✨ OUTFIT DETAILS ✨ This under-$60 faux leather halter top is such a chic find! I love the sleek look with dark-wash jeans, and the open back makes it especially fun for a date night or girls’ night out. I’m wearing an XS in the top and a size 24 in the jeans. #datingover40 #datingadviceforwomen Comment SHOP below to receive a DM with the link to this post on my LTK ⬇ https://liketk.it/6ptLK

The Trump administration has suspended Microsoft, Adobe, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, HCL Technologies, Cognizant and Capgemini from the US Permanent Labour Certification (PERM) programme, alleging m!suse of the system for sponsoring foreign workers for permanent residency. πŸ‘‰ Why The Companies Were Targeted US Labour Secretary Keith Sonderling said the Department of Labour would stop accepting new applications and processing pending PERM applications involving the companies. Vice President JD Vance accused the firms of making allegedly !llegitimate representations and urged them to prioritise American workers. The suspensions are expected to remain indefinite. πŸ‘‰ Impact On Foreign Workers The PERM programme is a key step in many employment-based green-card applications. The administration said the named companies had sought nearly three million foreign workers since 2009, including more than 230,000 H-1B approvals. ⚑⚑Do you think this crackdown will protect American jobs or hurt skilled foreign workers?
