With the midterm elections tomorrow, here’s a look back at the redistricting battles that reshaped the race for control of the House over the past year. It started in Texas, where Republicans redrew congressional districts at President Trump’s urging to help secure more seats. The fight spread across the country, as more states pursued new maps and others saw their plans blocked, rejected or challenged in court. Taken together, the changes created more opportunities for Republicans to gain seats than for Democrats. Swipe through for a state-by-state breakdown of how the lines shifted before voters have their say. #Midterms2026 #Midterms #politics
