Can anyone confirm that this is a genuine company and they have received a product from this company before I claim on PayPal for a refund as they are not answering emails and the telephone number doesn’t work? Tia

I just bought some. Not happy. It isn't this easy at all. The instructions on the roll firstly don't mention anything about leaving water on the window. The online tutorial looks like it's been filmed by a 5 year old. It's hard to see what they're doing. So unhappy as my £44 order has gone to shit. It is not very forgiving at all.
