30 Rock 20th year reunion was so thrilling! We were jumping up and down and my only regret is that all of you couldn’t be there to witness it! When I met Alec, he was in the second to last season of the show. After we started dating, he asked me to visit him at work and I asked him the address 🤪. 30 rock, he said, obviously 😭🫣. It was perhaps written in the stars that day that I would be on a show called Nations Dumbest 😂. It was wild and I feel so lucky to have watched him win Emmy’s, SAGS, and other awards for his performance. All of 30 rock cast…Tina 🩷. Brilliant Tina. Anyway, we were told not to record or take pics during show, which was nice because we could really just be there…BUT you know how much I like documenting and sharing with you. So this is what we got 😂. The amazing @noamgalai captured the after party…here is a peek into 30 rock, now and then…also: did Tina wear the original is it white and gold or pink and blue dress to our wedding in slide 10 😂?
Comment COACH and let’s get this party started! Sound familiar? Been there! Cracked the code in my 50’s and have been here almost 4 years maintaining! Getting the lean muscular look takes WORK and patience. But I’m telling you once you get there and have the habits under your belt it’s on autopilot to maintain. There is a mindset, a plan and a strategy involved! You need to lock the freak in for a bit. Your daily routine is where the unlock happens. Your nutrition. Your progressive overload. Your mindset. There is nothing special about me. I just have a mind of freakin steel. The body follows the mind. Let me show you everything! Love you!
