Indonesia has the earliest average wake-up time in Asia, at 6:55 AM, according to World Population Review. Japan follows at 7:09 AM, while Thailand averages 7:24 AM and the Philippines 7:28 AM. Meanwhile, India averages 7:36 AM, Singapore 7:38 AM, Malaysia 7:41 AM, and China 7:42 AM. While these figures highlight differences in waking habits across countries, waking up earlier does not necessarily mean getting better sleep or being more productive. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😭😭😭😭😭

[RILIS HASIL FORM TUNTUTAN RAKYAT]

Sepekan lalu, melalui form tuntutan rakyat, kita bersama-sama menghimpun segala keresahan masyarakat. Hasil survei menunjukkan 78,4% responden menilai pemerintahan Prabowo-Gibran beserta jajaran kabinetnya telah gagal. Sejumlah persoalan mendasar turut menjadi sorotan:

- 71,1% menyoroti mahalnya harga kebutuhan pokok.
- 62,7% menyoroti pembredelan kebebasan berpendapat.
- 70,6% menyoroti korupsi dan penyalahgunaan kekuasaan negara.
- 83,5% menyoroti deforestasi dan kebakaran hutan.
- 67,4% menyoroti mahalnya biaya pendidikan.

Every girl in this town needs to vote!

Midterms don’t always get the spotlight, but they shape things right here at home, in our schools, our roads, our neighborhoods. For my fellow Tennesseans, there are new district lines this year and over a million Tennessee voters may be in a different congressional district than before. Before you head to the polls, check yours at proudvoter.org.

I’m not just fighting back against Trump’s attacks on reproductive health care—I’m pushing forward with legislation that would require insurance to fully cover safe, over-the-counter birth control and ALL FDA-approved forms of contraception. No fees. No hurdles. No out of pocket costs.

Not only that, Democrats are ready to restore abortion rights in ALL 50 states.
