Thrilled to be working with
Mike Flanagan again,
this time on The Exorcist:Martyrs.

How cool is it that horror is having such a huge moment right now?! Between Carrie and The Exorcist, Mike is reminding everyone that the best horror isn’t just about being scared. It’s about incredible characters, powerful emotions, and stories that stay with you long after the lights come on.

He’s one of the most brilliant storytellers out there, and I feel pretty lucky to be part of another one of his worlds.

Indian-origin people gathered outside the Indian High Commission in London and danced in support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as political tensions continued over protests linked to the alleged issue of vote theft in India.

YouTuber Dhruv Rathee had appealed to people in London to join a protest against alleged vote theft. He urged people to gather near Mahatma Gandhi’s statue in Parliament Square at 12 PM on October 17.

The developments have brought two contrasting demonstrations into focus, with Rathee calling for people to raise their voices over allegations concerning India’s electoral process, while members of the Indian diaspora expressed support for PM Modi.

The issue of alleged vote theft has become a political flashpoint in India, with opposition leaders accusing the Election Commission of India of failing to ensure fair elections. The allegations have been disputed, and the Election Commission has defended its electoral processes.

Rathee has frequently commented on Indian politics and government policies through his YouTube videos. His appeal for a demonstration in London extended the debate to Indians living abroad.

“Growing up in Delhi, my elder sister Neeru was neurodivergent. Maa would take her to an NGO, and I’d tag along. Those visits taught me early in life: when you show up for people, they show up for you.
Over the years, I built a career in advertising and spent my savings on photography and motorcycles. But on 27th November 2011, Papa suffered a severe heart attack. While running between the hospital and home, my company fired me. Hardly anyone from work called, but Neeru’s friends from the NGO checked in every single day.
That was my turning point. I thought, ‘Why can’t I make this my life?’ I combined my love for bikes and social work to start ‘Bikers for Good’. We raised funds for causes across India, distributed 10,000 bars of soap during COVID, and connected riders globally. But around 2020, I was diagnosed with cancer, and during treatment, my marriage ended. I felt completely broken and cut off from the world. Then one day, a group of speech- and hearing-impaired bikers rode all the way from Kerala to Delhi—over 2,500 kilometres—just to stand with me for a few hours. That gesture brought me back to life. The second I heard my bike engine roar again, I knew I couldn’t stop.
Cancer tested my body. Divorce broke my heart. Depression brought me to my lowest. Zindagi ne baar-baar meri hadh aazmaayi. Tab samjha... hadh zindagi banati hai, behad hum khud bante hain.
The world will always tell you where the limit is. The extraordinary are the ones who go beyond it. Humans of Bombay and Gulf Pride celebrate the dreamers who refuse to stop at what’s possible and choose to do something Behad.”
