Slightly proud of myself this week - upped my weights at the gym! Now before I get too excited, I will admit they are still wee little dumbbells, but that’s ok, it’s all relative! I’ll be honest, I ebb and flow with exercise, but I’ve started weight training because I want to feel strong and stable. I’m a bit of a clutz and fall over at the best of times, so I figured I’d lay the groundwork now for when I’m older. I’m all for giving myself as many advantages as I can. And besides I want to be strong enough to do stuff – like rearrange the loungeroom if I so choose!
What are some of the steps you’re putting in place to set yourself up for a strong future?

There’s no words for the pain as we grieve the loss of our little angel. Our first child, our greatest love, and a true miracle. We’re so grateful for the short time we had with our baby bean.
You were so loved and celebrated every day we had with you!💕
You were the talk and the joy of our lives with family, honorary aunts and uncles and friends. All so excited to love you and meet you but now you’re gone too soon💔
Give my brother a hug for me.🤍
Can’t wait to meet you in heaven.
Love, mom and dad💔
