We’re still recovering from last night’s game
No but really imagine babies actually cried whilst in the belly, how terrifying, mid Tesco shop, mid work call, mid mum and dad time!!! lol 🤣🤣 But anyway, guys, we’re starting a podcast/vlogcast!!! Every Thursday, when our toddler has gone to bed, nialls gonna make dinner and we’re gonna have a big old chat on the sofa, cosied up at home on YouTube. We’re about to become parents for the second time, so we have SO much to discuss. Relationship mourning, are we really ready to go from 1 child to 2?? Intimacy between us, newborn life fears, literally no filter, everything in between, bickers and all, cos we love to over share after 10 years online together, why not reveal ourselves more than ever on a couples podcast (vlogcast cos it’s YouTube only) 🤣 We can’t wait to spend every Thursday evening with you guys!! Here we go again babyyyyy ✨✨✨ episode 1 tomorrow at 6pm!
asmr rainy day at home alone in nyc. a fall bouquet, soup with grilled cheese, gooey chocolate orange protein cookies, lavender tea, and lucas for the rest of the night. rain outside, warmth inside. alone but never lonely. introvert heaven 🤍 gooey chocolate orange protein cookies recipe 1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, about 30g 1/4 cup vanilla sugar 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp fine sea salt 1 large egg, room temperature 3 tbsp melted butter, slightly cooled 1 tbsp orange zest plus 3 tbsp fresh orange juice - one large orange covers both 2 oz dark chocolate, chopped 12 small squares of dark chocolate for the centers flaky sea salt for the tops heat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet. whisk the almond flour, protein powder, baking soda and salt together, breaking up any clumps. in a second bowl rub the orange zest into the sugar with your fingertips until it smells like orange, then whisk in the egg, butter and orange juice. pour the wet into the dry and stir into a soft, sticky dough. fold in the chopped chocolate and let it sit 10 minutes so the flour and protein soak up the liquid. scoop heaping tablespoons onto the tray, push a chocolate square into the center of each and close the dough over it, shaping them about half an inch thick - they barely spread. bake 9-10 minutes, until the edges are set and the tops look just dry. sprinkle with flaky salt and leave them on the tray 10 minutes to firm up. eat warm for the gooey center - once they’re fully cool they turn fudgy, and 10 seconds of rewarming brings the center back. a few notes: whey dries out fast so don’t go past 10 minutes, and if you use plant protein add an extra tablespoon of orange juice. dough keeps in the fridge for 2 days, baked cookies 4 days airtight. about 200 calories and 6g protein each 🤍 . . #livingalone #forthegirls #cozyathome #asmrvlog #apartmentliving
