Lucki was st*bbed in the neck during an altercation outside ComplexCon in Los Angeles on Saturday. Footage shows the Chicago rapper leaving with blood on the side of his face and neck, while Playboi Carti appears nearby.

According to law enforcement sources cited by TMZ, four people were injured, and LAPD is investigating the incident as attempted murder. The cause of Lucki’s injury has not been confirmed. Lucki and Carti exchanged words online in 2024, but what started Saturday’s fight remains unclear. Police have not identified who injured him.

Lucki is one of the most influential rappers working today. The ultimate outsider rapper. His rise from SoundCloud’s cloud rap scene, to his connection with Chief Keef, to a much wider audience happened gradually over the past 15 years, leaving an incredible discography along the way. Wishing the goat a speedy recovery.
