Always getting that threatening IG message when we try to post more than 3min of dancing 😂 rebelling and doing it anyway ! Not because something extraordinary happens in that last minute, but because we don’t want the fear of losing people’s attention to dictate how we share our craft.

Hutson Bowl I

So much can change in a year.

I still remember how intimidated I was to step foot in a gym. When I joined the @_alexthorogood program, the first thing I told Alex was that I only wanted to do at-home workouts. I was afraid I’d look silly lifting weights or that people would be watching me. Fast forward a year, and I’ve become my very own gym bro. 🤭

What started as something that scared me has become one of my favorite parts of my routine. I’ve gotten stronger, but I’ve also learned so much about myself along the way. The gym is now a place where I can tune everything else out, focus on myself, and feel proud of what my body can do.

If you’re someone who feels intimidated by the gym, I get it. You don’t have to walk in feeling confident or knowing exactly what you’re doing. You just have to start somewhere.🖤

Do it afraid but do it 🥹🫶🏼
