One of the best honor guitar and middle school director’s choice concerts we have seen in the district. Thank you to all the students, educators, parents, and admin who made this possible. The bar for ensemble virtuosity and guitar education has officially been raised here in Clark County.

The little embryo that could 🥹✨

This day last year was transfer day, and I can still remember it so clearly. Acupuncture beforehand, the transfer itself, McDonald’s chips afterwards (IYKYK 🍟🤞🏼), acupuncture again, then home to relax, pray and hope with everything we had that this little embryo would stick 🙏🏼

And now, a year later, I’m sitting here watching him laugh, giggle and roll over 🥹❤️

It will never be lost on me that it actually worked. That he was that little embryo. That the tiny little dream we hoped and prayed for became him.

Our little dream come true 🌈 ✨💫

Forever grateful 🤍

REPEAT their grievance word for word even if you don't agree. this makes them feel like you have received the message.
DEFEND yourself briefly but ensure they know it's no excuse for how it made them FEEL.
GAME PLAN for LATER and for RIGHT NOW.

this format makes people feel seen, heard, AND remembered

The Life Audit is a paid ($6) life reflection tool focused on identifying key habits and behaviors that may inhibit growth in both personal and interpersonal development. It's a great tool and I LOVE IT!!
