Had a fantastic trip to Turkey! I have always wanted to come here and now I cannot wait to come back!

here’s everything I ate today as a girl who makes sure her plates are full of color!! 🌈🌱🍅🍍🍓👇🏽 - my @lairdsuperfood for an extra boost of nutrients 💚 - breakfast: greek lemon fried eggs (cook sunny side up in generous amounts of olive oil, serve over lemon avocado mash, with heirloom tomatoes + fresh sourdough 🍋 (served with golden kiwi and strawberry!) lunch: loaded greek salad (I also added chickpeas and grilled chicken for extra protein (and healthy carbs!!)🫘 dinner: made a homemade pineapple salsa with fresh lime, red onion, garlic, jalapeño and topped that over a steak that I marinated in soy sauce (could also use coconut aminos) garlic, honey, paprika, cumin and served over basmati rice cooked in bone broth 🍍 #lairdsuperfoodpartner
