Ol Captain. My best friend passed away a few months ago and in June I got a buck on camera that I knew was going to be great. So I decided to name him captain. This deer let me just say, this is one stud that I have been chasing all year. I put in as much work as I could for this deer and it all payed off Thanks to the good lord. Thursday evening I took a shot at this buck and had no sign of him. This evening around noon me and my buddy Robert Stevenson we’re setting up cameras to see if we could get a look at him and Robert saw “a weird looking stick” and then walked closer and realized what it was. It was Captain. I cannot express how blessed I am to be able to harvest this deer around my family. Thank you to everyone for all of the help and bringing me up! Rest easy Capt.
