To say I'm proud of my brothers in their first wrestling tournament of the season is an understatement! The last time they stepped foot on the mat was three years ago and to see how amazing they did with so much confidence is incredible. They may have given me so much anxiety watching them but it was so amazing and exciting. Connor ended up placing first, weighing in at 132 Lbs. in the 136 weight class and Xavier ended up placing third, weighing in at 137 Lbs. wrestling in the 146 weight class. Connor is also the very first wrestler to win a gold medal in Davenport High School history! I am very proud of both of you and can't wait to see how much you both improve and succeed this season.
