After a long while, my first post of 2023 is an absolute stunner. Meet Moshi Koshi Noodle Boss. @moshikoshiboss
Moshi Koshi has actually been here for a while now, with very limited branches in metro manila. Now i believe that they're expanding, and for good reason: the ramen is GREAT!
I ordered the shio butter corn ramen. The broth is very light. Noodles (although i would prefer it firmer) have a good bounce to them, and compliments the soup very well. Toppings are thick and generous, with an option to upgrade it to BOSS RAMEN, which is a bigger bowl with an egg and more toppings. Absolutely stunning.
I also ordered their kani salad, which was okay at best (i have to be honest with these things). I wish it had more kani or less cucumber, which muddled the flavor.
Overall, this is a must try for everyone, ramen lovers or not. They also offer udon, and donburi.
