I look forward to see you...

$Thrilled to have contributed the cover art to Joy Division Eternal, a box set of 14 CDs and two DVDs covering 16 concerts the band played in 1979 and 1980. Designed by Warren Jackson, Peter Saville, Howard Wakefield and Brett Wickens. -- The six different covers (box, 4 wallets and booklet) show "Sirius Through a Defocused Telescope a-f" 2023 which came about when I wanted to find out if I can film the twinkling of a star. The rapid tiny changes in the light of bright starts seen in the night sky. I chose Sirius the brightest star in the sky to record these images with a 8inch reflector. The cold white light of Sirius was refracted by slight turbulences in the atmosphere and broken into spectral colours, which you can even glimpse with the naked eye sometimes when seeing Sirius in the winter sky above the southern horizon (like tonight). The 'Unknown Pleasures' 1979 album cover by Peter Saville shows graphs from the radio signal of a dying star. -- A true fanboy moment was to have met Gillian Gilbert (of New Order) and Stephen Morris (of Joy Division and New Order) at the Hope and Anchor pub in Islington last week where Stephen was in conversation with Peter Saville, Jon Savage and James Zeiter. The same 100 capacity venue where Joy Division played their first London concert. The box is out now on Warner. @officialjoydivision @petersavillearchival @howard.wakefield #joydivision #neworder$

Which would you pick? You can choose comfort now and make the fear go away OR you can choose to do the hard thing, take the opportunity but live with the pride and ease after building resilience.

I have spent the past 10 years publicly sharing doing the hard thing for my health. Not opting for a quick fix for a temporary bandaid, but investing time and effort into my metabolic health to find a long-term solution. Not easy. But when done, reaps the long term reward for good.

If I hadn’t gone through this experience I do not think I would be able to build a business with the certainty I have now. Because it’s not about having certainty in a business model or an opportunity…. It’s about having certainty in yourself.

When you have already proven to you, and you alone, that you can do the hard thing, regardless of the situation you know you will figure it out. That the most underrated skill - the ability to figure it out.

So if you needed another reason to get into the best health of your life, mentally and physically, here it is. It will not only help you live a longer happier life, and feel confident and good in your body…. But it will teach you the fundamental skills you need to show up with resilience, certainty and focus on your dream life. #femalefounder #resilience
