It’s not that hard. Biden was old. Feinstein should have retired. Pelosi shouldn’t insider trade. See how easy that was?? #notsoerudite #intellectualthirsttrap #debates #liberals

Can I pull this off or not my color?
Your hips can move in every direction, but a lot of mobility routines only train a fraction of that range. Your hips need more than forward folds and hip flexor stretches. They need rotation, extension, abduction and the strength to control those movements. When you only train one direction, you’re leaving other ranges underused. These six drills help you explore different hip movements while building strength and control along the way. Go through them in order, slowly and with intention. Don’t force the range. Work with what you have and gradually build from there. Which hip movement feels most restricted for you: rotation, opening your hips or extending your leg behind you? 👇 Save this roadmap for your next session. Comment RESET and I'll send you my 5-minute desk reset, so long workdays stop leaving you stiff. If you don't get a DM from me after commenting, just message me "RESET" and I'll send it over! #hipmobility #hipflexors #mobilitytraining #deepsquat

*Life Update* 🌍✈️🥹 We don’t really stop anymore. We don’t tune in, we don’t rest, we don’t heal. One decade fades into the next, and each new chapter begins before we’ve even sat with what happened in the last. As I think about my own next chapter (hopefully motherhood 🥹), I’ve found myself looking back over the last 20 years. When my mum passed, grief wasn’t really spoken about, so I never learnt how to process it. As the eldest, I learnt to stay strong instead. I buried my feelings under achievements, goals and doing, and I never stopped long enough to feel any of it. This year, I realised something had to change. So I booked a 4-month solo trip. I’ve never travelled alone, didn’t know anyone who had, and was honestly nervous af. When Nim left me after my birthday in Bali, I had a major ‘wtf am I doing?!’ moment. But I haven’t looked back since. 3 countries down, 7 to go, and it’s already been the best thing I’ve ever done. For the first time in a long time, I’ve slowed down. I’ve cried. I’ve processed things I’ve carried for years. I’ve laughed. I’ve made friends. I’ve connected deeper to my spiritual side. I’ve actually had space to think. When was the last time you had time to sit with your thoughts, past your never-ending to-do list? Solo travel has given me a peace, confidence and happiness I genuinely wasn’t expecting. I’m so grateful to Nim for supporting me in doing something so unconventional, keeping our home and business going and for understanding why it matters so much to me ❤️ I wasn’t sure whether to share this, or the reason behind it. But if it resonates with even one of you, I hope it reminds you that you don’t have to follow the ‘norm’. We live in a world that constantly tells us to do more or to conform, and it’s okay to challenge that. To slow down. To process. To play. To put yourself first. And to anyone who’s been through childhood grief or trauma, this is your reminder to make time for the little you who showed up in ways no child should have to, and who got you to where you are today 🤍
