Not something that I wanted to kickstart my day with but never the less it’s a very important topic and one that touches me as well.

I seem to just be getting news after news of close friends and acquaintances taking their lives so suddenly without any hidden warnings. I am so saddened and also scared that it could even hit closer to home.

I was almost there at a point in my life, but I reached out found things that where worth living and fighting for - just by reaching out. You are the most important person when you reach out and even if you don’t want to be that important - at least let us hear your voice.

Many will be alone this Xmas and won’t have a voice. Let us try and reach out to as many people - just say HI 👋🏾
