Bob Graham Round Debrief… Leg 1 Keswick, Moot Hall to Threlkeld Pacers: Jonny and Arthur After a week of studying the weather, I decided that 1930hrs on the Wednesday was my best option. We knowingly went into poor weather for the first leg. 40mph winds on the summit of Skiddaw. We wasn’t up there too long and had the right kit to shield us from the elements. Timed to perfection as the wind and rain eased on our descent of Halls Fell. Leg 2 Threlkeld to Dunmail Raise Pacer: Chris Cartmell A calm and composed Leg 2. On previous attempts I’ve always over exerted this leg. Smooth is fast to stay in the game. Visibility had improved massively and we were able to enjoy the benefits of the moonlight. Always nice to run over Seat Sandal where me and Zoe got engaged. Leg 3 Dunmail Raise to Wasdale Pacers: Tom and Phil The leg where I knew my chance of success increased. The sun came up. Spirits were high. This is a leg which can really beat you down physically and mentally but I finished feeling comfortable and the pressure eased off. A bum slide into Wasdale was the cherry on the cake. Leg 4 Wasdale to Honister Pass Pacers: Ange and Jo I felt physically and mentally strong throughout the whole round. That didn’t waiver going into leg 4. The pressure was off and I knew I had to stay focused and not switch off. The previous 3 legs were very much one foot in front of the other and keep pushing. I was able to reflect more on this leg and take in the amazing scenery I had been running over for hours. Leg 5 Honister Pass to Keswick, Moot Hall. Pacers: Tasha and Heidi The Party Leg. Immaculate vibes and energy. The sun made its way through the clouds. There was stunning scenery in every direction I looked. 20 hours of eating sugar was starting to take its toll on me but the beer at the end was in sight! The Finish. 21 hours and 38 minutes. Keswick, Moot Hall. I had been manifesting this exact moment for a very long time. I told my wife years ago when we first met that I wanted to complete the Bob Graham Round. After 2 failed attempts, she knew how much it meant to me. “You’ve done it” was the closure I had been working hard for. The pint was the best I’ve h

Bikin elus dada! Ajang Jakarta Running Festival (JRF) 2026 diwarnai aksi kericuhan usai ratusan pelari nekat menerobos dan merobohkan barikade pagar pembatas, Sabtu (24/10/2026) pagi WIB. Insiden yang lagi ramai di medsos ini melibatkan peserta kategori Half Marathon (HM) dan 10K. Keributan dipicu gara-gara para pelari gak terima terkena aturan batas waktu alias Cut-Off Point (COP). Naskah: Ezha Herdanu Video: X/@MiskinTV_ #INDOZONE #KAMUHARUSTAU #JRF2026 #JakartaRunningFestival #BeritaViral #Viral
