The most terrifying villain isn't the one who wants to destroy the universe. It's the one who genuinely believes he's saving it.

And that's exactly why Thanos remains one of the greatest villains in Marvel Cinematic Universe history.

In Avengers: Infinity War (2018), there's a moment when Thanos, portrayed by Josh Brolin, explains his philosophy to Doctor Strange, played by Benedict Cumberbatch.

And for a few uncomfortable seconds, you almost understand how he convinced himself he was right.

Standing among the ruins of Titan, his once-beautiful homeworld, Thanos reveals the tragedy that shaped his entire worldview.

A civilization consumed by its own demands. Resources running out. A population growing beyond what the planet could sustain.

He believed disaster was inevitable.

And when he proposed eliminating half the population to preserve the other half, his people rejected him.

Then Titan collapsed.

And in Thanos' mind, that was all the proof he needed.

But here's what makes this iconic scene so brilliantly written.

Thanos doesn't see himself as a monster.

He sees himself as the only person willing to make a terrible decision that everyone else is too afraid to confront.

"The hardest choices require the strongest wills."

That single line reveals almost everything about his character.

He's calm. He's intelligent. He's convinced that his suffering has given him a deeper understanding of the universe.

And that certainty is what makes him so dangerous.

Because recognizing a real problem doesn't automatically make your solution right.

Thanos identifies suffering, scarcity, and the consequences of unchecked destruction. But instead of questioning his own beliefs, he uses those problems to justify an unimaginable act of violence.

He confuses cruelty with responsibility.

And obsession with purpose.

That's the genius of Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely's writing.

They created a villain whose motivations can be understood without making his actions morally defensible.

Who are you choosing?

🔥 This is the HOLY GRAIL FIX!

Your stubborn belly might actually NOT ❌ be FAT.

It’s might be a PRESSURE management issue because your diaphragm, pelvic floor, and abs have completely lost COORDINATION with one another!

This is super common especially after pregnancy, chronic tension holding, years of SUCKING IN, or bearing down on the pfm.

And no amount of mindless crunches or kegels will restore a system that no longer knows how to work together.

Watch 👀 what happens when I breathe:

✅ On the INHALE, my diaphragm descends and my 360° breath travels down toward my pelvis. My rib cage expands, my abdominal wall responds, and my pelvic floor lengthens.

✅ On the EXHALE, my adductors and pelvic floor muscles contract while my lower, middle, and upper transverse abs contract in that order. My diaphragm then returns to its resting position or a bit higher with a forced exhale.

✅ THIS is what every Woman NEEDS to master! 🥹

Some BIG clues you NEED this are:

❌ A pressure belly that grows throughout the day
❌ A lower belly that refuses to flatten
❌ A diastasis that struggles to heal
❌ Pelvic floor symptoms that worsen by the evening
❌ A lower back that constantly feels tight
❌ A core that feels completely disconnected

This work goes far deeper than aesthetics, but when your entire core unit begins functioning better, your aesthetics WILL change right along with it. 🔥
