Third and last shot of The Reuben concrete speaker I shared last week. It is subtle, but the bokeh looks SO much better. I love how the new camera blade tool in KeyShot enhances shallow DoF renders.

What do you think about this crazy, interesting theory from reddit user and mod of r/dravidology, u/e9967780?

This theory made me go, ‘Wait, that actually makes sense…’, when I read the article last year. We can even see some of these latent motifs in a lot of South Indian popular culture often in television serials - stories of sets of brothers, marrying sets of sisters, women who have two husbands, marrying cousins, uncles etc.
I’ve watched my grandparents not batting a lash at these tropes that would be considered quite bizarre to the westernised eye.

Quite a plausible theory I would say.

dravidian kinship, tamil culture, tamil family dynamics, maama machaan, cousin marriage in south india, Tamil words for family members, polyamory, marumakkathayam, kerala matrilineal inheritance, toda tribe practices, early human behaviour, early human family dynamics
