Welcome to Selenghat Valley School!
The first cluster of three classrooms is now fully functional and occupied by 90 students.
The design focuses linking the interior spaces with the exterior through ample light, ventilation and views. The cluster itself is an assemblage of semi open and closed spaces that are placed around a courtyard.
The project is being designed to stay off the grid. Which means that over time, the school will be completely self reliant for energy and water needs.
Dr. Arjun Trivedi of @karunarkhetitrust has established SVS with a vision for education that focuses on empathy, nature and heritage.
With demand for quality education on the rise, @udayrgoswami and I are committed to building more classrooms over the next few years.
