Feels like a piezo somehow mechanically coupled to the fader could be of some use to trigger stuff... 🤔

HISTORY FAVOURS THE UNHINGED (EVENTUALLY, AT LEAST).

This is a convenient argument to make once you know which books became classics and which songs everybody knows by heart.

But what do you do before any of that happens?

An idea SHOULD be able to withstand interrogation. You can be wildly attached to something and still need to do serious work on it.

SOME criticism makes the work better. But, some just carefully removes everything that might have made it yours.

Some questions to consider:

Is this difficult to understand because I haven’t expressed it well enough, or because I’m attempting something unfamiliar? Does the strange bit need cutting, or have I simply not worked out how to make it belong? Am I improving the idea, or making it easier to defend?
