Football means everything to me, and having to step away from the pitch again is not something I wanted. It’s not the start at my new club I had hoped for, but sometimes that’s football. My surgery is behind me now, and the focus is on recovery and coming back stronger. 💪🏼 Those who know me know I’ve never given up, and I never will. Giving up has never been an option. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and sent me messages. It means more than you know. ❤️ This is not the end of my story. I’ll be back. Stronger, hungrier and ready to fight. ❤️🤍 You vs You again again ❗️
Everybody should have the right to act with autonomy about what they put into their body, and part of that means INFORMED CONSENT !!! Here is me informing you about my experience with estrogen monotherapy as someone with a uterus!

More than half of the UK’s traditional crafts are now at risk of disappearing. That’s 165 of the 285 assessed in Heritage Crafts’ 2025 Red List, from bobbin lace making to glove making to thatching. The reassuring bit: most of these skills aren’t gone. They’re just in very few, very skilled hands. And there’s something genuinely grounding about watching someone do one thing slowly and beautifully. So we’re starting Meet The Makers, a new series of stories and films spotlighting the craftspeople keeping these skills alive, across the UK and (hopefully) beyond. Kilt makers, silk weavers, lace crafters, and whoever you tell us about next. Where should we start? Comment the craft you’d most like us to explore, or tag a maker you think deserves the spotlight. Extra points if they work out of a shed. #MeetTheMakers #HeritageCrafts #BritishCraft #Craftsmanship #GroundedMagazine
HU Staff: Ariela Anís @ari.anis Diddy is said to be “recovering well” as the reported cause of his head injury sustained inside of Fort Dix federal prison has been revealed. As we previously shared, Sean “Diddy” Combs, 56, was rushed from prison grounds in the early hours of Saturday (October 10). TMZ first reported the news yesterday morning (October 12). Sources at FCI Fort Dix told the outlet Diddy had a medical emergency and was transported to a local hospital in New Jersey. ___________________________________________________ They said he sustained a head injury. However, initial reporting did not reveal the cause of his injury. However, TMZ did say the ambulance left the low-security correctional facility around 1 a.m. and Diddy’s injury was not life-threatening. The source said the mogul was conscious and speaking when he returned to the prison before sunrise later that morning. On Tuesday (October 13), Page Six now reports that the cause of Diddy’s head injury has been revealed. The outlet said sources told them that “Combs smacked his head on the bunk above him, and that he’s doing much better now.” Page Six said a rep for Diddy told them, “We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances. Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out.” ___________________________________________________ Diddy is currently serving a 50-month sentence for pr*stit*tion. His latest release date is scheduled for March 2, 2028. It was pushed back from January 21, 2028 after NBC News published an exposé on Diddy’s alleged “privileged and pampered” prison lifestyle. Furthermore, today TMZ also revealed Diddy’s reported prison disciplinary record. They spoke with Jose Rojas, a union secretary representing Bureau of Prisons employees. Rojas obtained Diddy’s full disciplinary history and said it includes multiple fights, phone violations, and more. Reportedly, Diddy “lost 41 days of good time credit,” plus “400 days of commissary privileges.” ___________________________________________________ Click the link in bio for full story 📸 Getty Images
