🍔 Ultimate Griddle-Toast Brioche Smashburger

Thick, golden-brown brioche buns buttered and toasted to perfection right on the hot griddle.
Stuffed with a juicy, savory smashed beef patty and a massive layer of gooey, melted cheddar cheese.
The ultimate indulgent, mouthwatering comfort food burger with a crispy crust and incredible flavor.

### Short Recipe
* Form ground beef into balls, smash them onto a hot, buttered griddle, and season generously for a crispy, caramelized crust.
* Top the patties with thick slices of cheddar cheese and let them melt completely while the beef finishes cooking.
* Butter the cut sides of thick brioche buns and toast them face-down on the griddle until deeply golden, then assemble and serve immediately.
