Doc T’s Valentine message was just what we needed:
“There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” John 15:13.
And that’s what St Valentine precisely did in the 14th century.
And that’s what I pray we would have the courage to do if and when it becomes necessary.
Meantime, may we all live life fully for our friends, and may we all write little notes to God in our hearts in prayer, for our friends, by name, one by one!
