Valentine’s Day dinner Kingfish❤️‍🔥 Dinner in the French Quarter was a vibe fr. We started with the crawfish bread and the jambalaya risotto. The crawfish bread was really good and flavorful, but the risotto tasted like a combination of jambalaya, red beans, and gumbo (flavor wise). The flavor was there for sure, I just wouldn’t classify this as a risotto. For our entrees we got the bbq scallop fettuccine and the pepper crusted filet. I asked for medium but my steak was pushing medium well, but it was still delicious and I really enjoyed the Brussels sprouts. The pasta was good, but I wasn’t crazy about the scallops. For my two drinks I got the blueberry hill, which is comparable to a blueberry lemon drop, and the hurricane. The blueberry hill was my fav! Overall, we really enjoyed dinner. The vibes were perfect and romantic, and the service was good. This is definitely a cute lil date night spot. I’d give it a 8/10🥂
