Before I go into details on what it is, let me give you the recipe for this delicious treat:

⚡️ Brazil Nut Cheesecake ⚡️

⚫️ Cheesecake mixture ⚫️

2 cups Brazil Nuts
1 ½ Cups Hemp Milk or Walnut Milk
¼ Cup Agave
5-6 Dates
2 tbsp key lime juice
1 tbsp sea moss gel
¼ sea salt

🔴 Crust Mixture 🔴

1 ½ Cups Dates
1 ½ cups Coconut Flakes
¼ cups agave
¼ sea salt

🍎 Toppings 🍎

Mango, sliced
Strawberries, sliced
Blueberries
Raspberries, sliced

📝This challenge is inspired by the 90's film, Don't Be A Menace While Drinking Your Juice In The Hood where Loc Dog (Marlon Wayans) does a parody of what looks like he's cooking Crack, but instead...bakes a cake. Unfortunately, they didn't have the original song from the scene on IG but this song is on the soundtrack and one of the scenes as well. This challenge is pretty simple: post a video of baking a cake of your choice and post it with the hash tag #locdogchallenge and any song from the film soundtrack.
