Ladies & Gents it's here! The moment you've been waiting for. I introduce to you the #Locdogchallenge

Before I go into details on what it is, let me give you the recipe for this delicious treat:

⚡️ Brazil Nut Cheesecake ⚡️

⚫️ Cheesecake mixture ⚫️

2 cups Brazil Nuts
1 ½ Cups Hemp Milk or Walnut Milk
¼ Cup Agave
5-6 Dates
2 tbsp key lime juice
1 tbsp sea moss gel
¼ sea salt

🔴 Crust Mixture 🔴

1 ½ Cups Dates
1 ½ cups Coconut Flakes
¼ cups agave
¼ sea salt

🍎 Toppings 🍎

Mango, sliced
Strawberries, sliced
Blueberries
Raspberries, sliced

📝This challenge is inspired by the 90's film, Don't Be A Menace While Drinking Your Juice In The Hood where Loc Dog (Marlon Wayans) does a parody of what looks like he's cooking Crack, but instead...bakes a cake. Unfortunately, they didn't have the original song from the scene on IG but this song is on the soundtrack and one of the scenes as well. This challenge is pretty simple: post a video of baking a cake of your choice and post it with the hash tag #locdogchallenge and any song from the film soundtrack.

🔌 Also, this dish was inspired by none other than @tysconsciouskitchen who also has delicious alkaline foods as well. Definitely check them out. Hope you guys enjoy

🧺 White Sapote & Sapodilla

📒 White Sapote (green) is a fruit that has a vanilla/custard like taste to it, while Sapodilla (brown) has a maple brown sugar taste to it. But wait, there's more than what meets the eye because there are more Sapote fruits such as black, yellow, and Mamey. You can actually make a variety of vegan desserts with these as well.

🌴 Want to know where to find these fruits in your neck of the woods? Follow @foodprintorg and download the app to find where you can get these things before they run out.

Hello farmers. So something amazing came across my screen and I couldn't help but share it with you all.

👉🏿 Thanks to @foodprintorg they have created one of the most comprehensive national database apps for seasonal foods available in the US.

🔍 What's the name of it you ask? It's called SEASONAL FOOD GUIDE. It's designed to help you find out what produce are in season in your own state throughout the year. It gives you insight info on recipes, local seasoning, fruits, veggies & many more on their app/site by going to the COOK & LEARN column below.

4 key limes, cut into eighths with skin intact

1-2 dates, remove seeds
3 tbsp Coconut milk
