On Sunday, I got a call that I had lost my dear friend, James.

A lot of you didn’t know James personally the way I did, but if you’ve watched my channel over the years, you may recognize him. He’s been a part of many of my videos, but more importantly, he was a very special part of my life.

Whenever I needed him, James was there. If I needed to use his facility or needed help from his team, the door was always wide open. If I was injured, he’d do everything he could to help me get better. He never asked for anything in return, in fact, in all the years I knew him, he never charged me a single dollar.

James was one of those rare people who could always make me laugh and always make me happy. He was someone I talked to every single day, and it’s hard to put into words how much I’m going to miss that.

He was an incredible husband and a father to three kids who he absolutely adored. You could see how much his family meant to him in everything he did. He was just a special man. The kind of person you feel lucky to have known.

James never asked me for anything, but there is one thing I want to do for him now, and that’s tell you all about what he left behind, his baby, @metatherapy

He poured his heart and soul into that place. If you’re in Toronto or anywhere in the GTA and you ever need treatment, stop in and see what he created. I know how much that place meant to him, and I know how proud he was of it.

Thank you for everything, brother. For everything you did for me, for all the laughs, and most importantly, for being my friend.

I’ll miss you more than you know. ❤️

Rest in peace, James.
