@roegelsbarbecue obligatory stop when in Houston. 1lb pastrami, jalapeño cheese sausage, 1/2lb pork belly and 1/2lb moist brisket. Plus potato salad, Mac and cheese and lodes mashed potatoes. Not pictured bourbon banana pudding. Now I need a nap!
