There are some feelings you will never find words for; you will learn to name them after the ones who gave them to you…..

When you fully trust someone without any doubt, you finally get one of two results: A person for life or a lesson for life.…

Kimi and George take on the smallest smile challenge 😄

The New York Jets own THREE first-round picks in the 2027 NFL Draft and will be positioned to select their quarterback of the future with Ole Miss' Trinidad Chambliss being a strong candidate.

Ahead of Week 7, the Jets own the following first-round picks:
▫️6th overall pick (via Dallas)
▫️9th overall pick (via Indianapolis)
▫️13th overall pick (own pick)

As Chambliss' draft stock continues to rise, the Jets are currently equipped to either trade up from 6 or stand pat and select him with one of their two later first-round picks.

Chambliss, 24, has thrown for 1,676 yards, 14 TDs, and 4 INTs with a 67.6 completion percentage in six starts this season. He's also rushed for 127 yards on 6 TD.

Chambliss could be the game-changer the Jets have been longing for 🔋

کەوتن و هەستانەوە….

The dumbbell in Can Yaman’s hand weighs 10 kg (22 lb). The bench angle is the part worth copying.

Yaman was born in Istanbul in 1989 and has played sport since childhood. Turkish dramas made him famous across Europe and Latin America. On 1 December 2025, Rai 1’s Sandokan put him in the lead of a role first made famous in 1976.

In March 2026 he listed the comments under his own posts: injections, money, luck, badly trained legs. He put all of them down to envy.

His Madrid gym clip shows what those comments miss. He sits on a bench reclined well back, lets the upper arm hang behind his torso and curls from a fully straight elbow. The long head of the biceps crosses the shoulder and the elbow, so this position stretches it at both joints before the first rep. A 2025 randomised trial in the International Journal of Sports Medicine put 63 young women on 8 weeks of twice-weekly training, in this reclined position or with the upper arm braced in front of the body. The reclined group grew more near the shoulder, the braced group more near the elbow. The gaps were about 1 mm (0.04 in).

For Sandokan he had to drop from about 90 kg (198 lb) to 85–86 kg (187–190 lb) and stay quick. He used a 16-hour fast and an 8-hour eating window, mostly tofu and legumes. “For 30 days I practically didn’t eat,” he said. Emiliano Novelli, the athletic and stunt coach who prepared him, told Il Messaggero that preparation days ran up to eight hours. The light dumbbell sits on top of that volume.

Season 2 has been pushed back, with 2027 the stated horizon, and Yaman has said he will have to lose weight again. He turns 37 on 8 November.

The number on the dumbbell is the least important number in the clip.

Do you curl heavier or lighter than 10 kg (22 lb) per arm?
