Comment „workflow“ to get the tutorial! This chef doesn’t exist. How to create Hybrid AI Videos like this one! Here is my FULL workflow ... For transparency: this video is sponsored by @invideo.io but they gave me full creative freedom to do whatever I want! A regular hybrid production usually works like this: you film a real actor in front of a greenscreen and replace the background with an AI generated one. I wanted to try the complete opposite. An AI actor inside a REAL location. My kitchen. And honestly I had no idea how this would look in the end. But I think it turned out pretty good! First, I shot all the reference images myself on my Blackmagic Design Blackmagic PYXIS 6K with my old ZEISS Group Zeiss Contax lenses. Only like 10 seconds per angle, because I just need one single still frame out of each clip. When it comes to reference stills I ALWAYS overshoot. Then I used invideo Agent Two together with the brand new Editor to create the sound effect. For the sound, Seedance already gives you pretty good audio most of the time, but not always what I had in mind. So the agent placed every sound effect as a separate clip on the timeline. Nothing is baked in, I can move, replace or delete everything. Honestly my favorite part! I made a YouTube Video about my full process (will link it in the first comment) and here are the hard facts: • made with invideo Agent [Two] • ByteDance Seedance 2.5 • References shot on Blackmagic PYXIS 6K + Zeiss Contax lenses • Edited in Invideo VideoEditor - Have you ever tried it the other way around? Real location + AI actor? Let me know your thoughts about it!! Thanks Ben Chimoy for helping me with this one!
