The important thing is that you get out and vote. Your vote could be the deciding factor and this election is the most consequential election of our lifetime. This election will determine whether we’re a democracy or a dictatorship whether we all have AI data centers in our backyard, drinking our water and destroying our environment or not, whether our children will grow up on foods that are covered in toxic chemicals,walk in woods dusted with glyphosate, planted with cyanide traps…all because our corrupt president is on the take. Will we exchange our land of the free, home of the brave to normalizing the Ice Gestspo shoving shooting and terrorizing our neighbors? Hate is on the ballot but I believe love is the answer…and we have so many great candidates that can move us back towards love …Jon Ossoff, James Tallerico, Amy klobuchar, to name a few …let’s do this !

في لفتة إنسانية تجسد معاني الوفاء والتقدير، بادر عدد من مرضى فقر الدم المنجلي (السكلر) إلى تكريم الممرضة “ميني”، بمناسبة آخر يوم عمل لها في مركز أمراض الدم الوراثية، تقديراً لمسيرتها الحافلة بالعطاء ورعايتها للمرضى على مدى عقدين من الزمن.

وجرى التكريم بحضور الأستاذ زكريا الكاظم، والطبيبين جعفر طوق وسيد شرف المشعل، حيث عبّر المرضى عن بالغ شكرهم وامتنانهم للممرضة ميني، التي كرّست سنوات طويلة من عملها لخدمتهم، وأدت رسالتها الإنسانية بكل تفانٍ وإخلاص، تاركة أثراً طيباً في نفوس المرضى والطاقمين الطبي والتمريضي.

وأكدت هذه المبادرة أن العطاء الإنساني لا يُنسى، وأن ما تقدمه الكوادر التمريضية من رعاية واهتمام يتجاوز حدود الواجب المهني ليصبح علاقة إنسانية قائمة على الثقة والمحبة والوفاء.

من جانبها، أعربت الممرضة ميني عن شكرها وامتنانها للمرضى على هذه المبادرة الطيبة، متمنية لهم دوام الصحة والعافية، فيما تمنى لها الحضور التوفيق والنجاح في حياتها المستقبلية خارج مملكة البحرين.

وجاء هذا التكريم البسيط في حجمه، الكبير في معناه، ليحمل رسالة وفاء لممرضة أمضت 20 عاماً في خدمة المرضى، ويؤكد أن أجمل ما يتركه الإنسان خلفه هو الأثر الطيب في قلوب الآخرين.
